Suggestion: Add an option to disable WorldGuard integration #41

Hi,
I'm using your HeadDrop plugin and it's great. I would like to suggest adding a feature in the config.yml to completely disable the WorldGuard region check.
Currently, the plugin automatically creates a HeadDrop flag on regions and sets it to deny by default. This causes confusion because heads don't drop in any protected area unless the flag is manually changed to allow. Many server owners aren't aware of this and players complain that the plugin isn't working.
An option to turn off this integration would be very helpful for server owners who don't want to manage this flag for every single region.
