[Feature]: Deprecate CppHeaderParser and move to Cxxheaderparser #134

Suggestion Description

Looks like cppheaderparser is no longer maintained and cxxheaderparser is what is used upstream in Debian etc.

Also remove the "pip install" dependeny so the header parser can be provided by the system or build system.
