I'm trying to make an animation of a "Visible" attribute in cytoscape 3.4.0 using a continuous mapping. There seems to be a problem with the interpolation of the visibility state. The resulting video (doesn't matter if frames, gif or h264) always shows the correct first frame, then jumps ahead, leaves out a lot and renders a couple of frames at the end of the video. If I render for just 1 second there are 29 empty frames and 1 that shows all.
Here is a sample session that shows the behavior. Visibile Animation Problem.zip
How else can I help you to trace down the bug?
P.S. thanks for this great plugin!
