Check for disabled app permissions upon launch

I turned off the granted permissions for the app since I wasn't planning on using it for now. Found out that if you disable the Alarms & Reminders permission for it, the app won't launch at all. When the other required permissions are disabled, the app will still launch fine but may not work well. Might be a problem if permissions are revoked by someone manually, or automatically by Android for unused apps. Maybe it should check and ask for the required permissions upon launch instead of only on the first launch?
