feat(studio): Implement functional sidebar and properties panels

- Refactored Left Toolbar buttons to actively switch the Right Property Panel view
- Created dedicated panels:
  - Settings: Export, Watermark, Description, Thumbnail
  - Tracks: Bulk Delete, Range Delete
  - Text: Overlay management
  - Audio: Placeholder
- Improved organization by decoupling Global Tools from Segment Tools
