Issue Description
用的OpenAI的官方例子：
curl --request POST
--url https://api.openai.com/v1/audio/translations
--header "Authorization: Bearer $OPENAI_API_KEY"
--header 'Content-Type: multipart/form-data'
--form file=@/path/to/file/german.mp3
--form model=whisper-1 \

报错：

error parsing multipart form: multipart: NextPart: EOF

Steps to Reproduce
curl --request POST
--url https://api.openai.com/v1/audio/translations
--header "Authorization: Bearer $OPENAI_API_KEY"
--header 'Content-Type: multipart/form-data'
--form file=@/path/to/file/german.mp3
--form model=whisper-1 \

把api.openai.com 换成中转地址即可

之前是正常的，不知道哪次更新后就不行了。

我记得这个是早些时候的问题，后来处理过，不过这个要想正常使用需要一连串的newapi链路都更新到修复后的版本
