Feature Description
Don't know if there anyone here that speaks Portuguese and have interest in make a pt-BR (and pt-PT) language files for the project. Even I could attempt to do a translation, but i don't know how are the standard procedure here (just a PR, use other localization platform) to attempt to submit one.

Use Case
Non-bilingual Portuguese-speaking users would have a better time using New API-based providers.

Thank you for your contribution. Currently, i18n related content only needs to submit PR, and we do not have a localization platform for the time being.
