订阅功能显示价格与支付价格不符

Issue Description
当平台USD与CNY比例非1：1时（我的平台是200USD=1CNY），创建订阅时填写的实际价格，会被当做USD价格转换成CNY（比如填写20，实际显示价格为￥0.1），但实际支付时创建的订单是￥20.00的订单。

我也遇到了这个情况，当我把汇率从1:1改成1:0.9之后，钱包额度充值页面显示。更改为了0.9比例，但实际充值时仍为1:1
