Should BlueprintCircuit circuit be deprecated in 2.0 and stays for 2.*?

The BlueprintCircuit model seems to create some friction (like #13535). The solution seems to move more users to the circuit library model. Therefore, getting rid of BlueprintCircuit seems like the next step.
