Relevant pending updates:

1. Missing pyproject.toml file to define the overall repository (related also to Publish each MCP server as its own PyPI package + a qiskit-mcp-servers meta‑package that includes all #7 )
2. Improve existing pyproject.toml repos for the different mcp servers to normalize them and improve how dependencies are managed
3. Introduce bandit or other similar package as dependency to introduce the detection of security issues
4. Add repo-level configuration for mypy
5. Add repo-level configuration for ruff
