I'd label this as design/enhancements. I've seen a web designer offering help recently (legofreak73) and maybe this could be a good thing to do.

Also, ever thought about creating a style-guide page to keep elements consistent throughout? Wouldn't need to be 100% complete at this point, but would make it that much easier to improve the look/feel of the UI when we have a single point of reference.
