Add users management to frontend #140
Description
- Add views/models in Javascript to the frontend.
- Change scope on Google+ token to include e-mail
- Add ability to list users to controller
- Add ability to get list of users from data store
- Ensure unbound permission binding works
- Ensure token checking works.
