Remove redundant "Clear" button from filters when a filter is selected

Currently, when a user selects a filter, an option to "Clear" that filter is displayed. This "Clear" button functions identically to the "Reset" button that is always visible, so we can remove the "Clear" button and keep the "Reset" and "Close" buttons
