When you make lets say voucher with maximum global uses 1 and some user use it voucher gets disabled but when you edit it and change maximum global uses to lets say 10, voucher won't be enabled again and you cant remove it. When pressed delete and accepting warings website just reloads to vouchers but "removed" vouchers still exist in redeemed.
