Show Netherite Jetpack sleeves in first-person like with Netherite Backtank #187

Describe the feature you have in mind.
Since the Netherite Backtank has sleeves, they show on your arm in first-person. The Netherite Jetpack also has sleeves since it uses the backtank as a base, however the sleeves don't show in first-person for the jetpack. Please make it so they do show up.
Does this solve a particular problem?
Yes. It makes the jetpack consistent with the backtank.
