Privacy Policy

Thank you for using PLANET TWELVE PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "us", "our", or "we") products and services! We respect privacy rights of the users who use Project Twelve application provided through mobile devices, PC, official website and other authorized platform, and/or otherwise using or accessing any of the services we provide including but not limited to customer service, marketing, advertising and community services ("our service").

This Privacy Policy explains why and how we collect, restore, and process your personal information and which rights you have over your personal information. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use our products or service.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Project Twelve unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. We obtain Personal Information relating to you from various sources described below.

Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your Personal Information, as well as the consequences of failing to do so. If you do not provide Personal Information when requested, you may not be able to benefit from our Service if that information is necessary to provide you with them or if we are legally required to collect it.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including

  • Account Information: We need to obtain and collect your third-party account information (nickname, avatar) from third parties (Playza).
  • Usage Details: When you access and use the app, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the app, including traffic data, behavioral data, and the resources that you access and use on or through the app.
  • Network information: IP address, Network quality data, Network type, Network strength, Network speed.
  • Application Information: To ensure the security of the network and services, we will collect your application information (APK name, version, running time, progress name), account, device information (model, OS version, brand, CPU structure, ROOT status, unique identifier of the ROM, screen resolution, system running time, whether the emulator is running, installed APK information, Mac address, network type, name of the running application, SD card application list of file names in the cache directory and WIFI name).
  • Log Information: Include login log, item log, activity log, upgrade log and other logs generated when users use the service. We collect the above information from you to maintain the normal operation of basic functions, optimize product performance, and improve your experience.
  • Contact Information: If you contact us directly, we may request additional information (phone number, the contents, date and time of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide) about you.

The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Information Share

Please note that we have not and does not sell Personal Information about you to third-party companies for their independent purposes.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device.

Information about our users, including Personal Information, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets. We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual, except for the following situations:

  • Under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information with other parties in accordance with laws and regulations for dispute resolution, or as required by administrative and judicial authorities according to law.
  • With your explicit consent: We may share your personal Information with Related group companies: the association in our direction to you or to provide services to us, we may be associated with our company to share your personal information. But we will only share the necessary personal information, and the affiliated party for your information processing bound by this privacy policy associated company if you want to change your personal information processing purpose, will once again ask for your authorization and consent.
  • Sharing with Partners: For the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, we may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf only for the purposes stated in this Policy that are legally and legitimately necessary. Authorized partners can only have access to information necessary for the performance of their duties. We will sign strict data protection agreements with them, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions in this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

Data Retention

We operate around the world. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you understand and agree that your information may be processed on servers which shall be located on the country where your information is collected and/or the United States of America. Please note that different countries may have different personal information protection laws than your own country, we will try to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information in this policy.

We will only hold your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and for the time required by laws and regulations. If we terminate our services or operations, we will stop collecting your personal information in a timely manner, notify you in advance in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize your personal information after we terminate our services or operations, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures for your information security to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, unfortunately, you should understand that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. In case of personal information disclosure and other security incidents, we will initiate emergency plans to prevent the expansion of security incidents and inform you in the form of push notifications, announcements, and other forms.

The Protection of Minors

Please reconfirm and pay special attention to the fact that the Project Twelve is not intended for children. By children, we mean users under the age of 13 years old or age stipulated in applicable local laws and regulations in your country/region of residence. If you are a minor over 13 years old but under the legal age of majority ("Minor") as defined by the laws and regulations of your country of residence (14/16/18/20), please do not send us or other user(s) any personal information, including your name, address, phone number or e-mail address.

We strongly urge parents to supervise children and minors not to disclose personal data without prior parental consent. Minors may use and access our service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children/minors for any purpose. If we learn that we have collected personal data of a minor without verification of parental consent, we will delete that data as soon as possible.   • Right to Object: According to applicable laws and regulations in your country/region of residence, when our processing of your personal data is based on legitimate, you have the right to object to this processing. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless there are compelling and prevailing legitimate grounds for the processing as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations in your country/region of residence; in particular, if the data is necessary for the establishment, executions, or defense of legal claims.
