Update the "running on Binder" instructions #229
Description
The binder interface looks and behaves a bit differently in the newly mystified cookbook pages.
We need to update the "Running on Binder" section of the template landing page appropriately.
Note that there's already updated instructions and screenshot for Foundations so we might cross-reference that.
