Course context menus stay open while dragging courses #82
Description
If the context menu on a course block is opened and then the course is dragged around, the context menu remains open and moves around with the course.
This is not necessarily bad but it feels unnatural for the menu to stay open. It would likely be better if the context menu collapses when dragging and dropping.
