Add Toolbox Placeholder Text

To make the workflow of our website clear and concise, it must be made known that users must add a course to the ```ToolBox```
before adding it to a semester block on the ```Planning Page```.

Adding placeholder text in ```Toolbox``` when it's empty will help with this. 
Something along the lines of: ```Add courses to plan your semester```
