[Mobile] Drop a course into toolbox button to add back to toolbox

For better usability, it would be good to give users the ability to drag a course from the planner into the closed toolbox button so they can return it back to the toolbox. This way if a users' toolbox happens to be closed, they can still easily return it if they wanted to.
