Move salt repository

Our salt repository is hosted as a local git repository on our salt master.
If we migrate the repository to git.pvv.ntnu.no, we can

• Use pull requests to better collaborate on the salt config
• Refer to the salt config in the nixos config (maybe)
• Recover from a failing salt master
• Allow users to view and edit without an admin principal

the ssh private key used to run getent passwd on login.stud.ntnu.no ? or is it removed?

I think i heard kaasen talking about using the LDAP api instead

We get uid, names, etc from LDAP, which is unauthenticated. Either way, that's a tool that doesn't have to be in salt
