[Proposal] Refactor structure and add code style

Hi,

I propose to change a little files structure, as some files are actually shared but they seem to be misplaces.

Also, I would like to have a code style helper (like Prettier) in order to make the code style uniform.

What do you think?

Definitely cool with moving those files around as well as adding linting, prettier, and husky. Though I would prefer to stick with semicolons.
