Implement UI Dashboard to display Request state and response analysis data

Description

Right now there is no route to display request state and response analysis. Request creation is the last information user receives about their request lifecycle right now.

Task

• Create dashboard with muliple tabs, each one dedicated for separate subject, such as request overview, respondents' email status info, and response evaluation.
• Add graphical representation for necessary metrics.
• Only make changes in backend api if really required.
