As a content editor, I would like to add event cards as child pages under event content pages.

We can now have an event content page devoted to an event series (thank you). It would be nice to be able to create event cards as child pages under the event content pages, so that users could see the details for individual events within a series.

If possible, the event cards would show up both on the main CDH events page and also on the series content page. So, for example, if we created a content page for "SAMPLE EVENT SERIES" and wrote a description for it, it would be good if the event cards for "SAMPLE EVENT SERIES 1" and "SAMPLE EVENT SERIES 2" would appear on the "SAMPLE EVENT SERIES" page and on the main CDH events page. On the main CDH events page, the sample events would be listed alongside other events.
