Disney+ presence not working on apps.disneyplus.com (Malaysia)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the PreMiD extension and the Disney+ activity.
2. Open Disney+ in Google Chrome.
3. Go to https://www.apps.disneyplus.com/my/ and start playing any movie or TV show.
4. Wait for the Rich Presence to update.
5. Observe that no Discord Rich Presence is displayed.

Expected Behavior

PreMiD should detect the content being watched on Disney+ and update my Discord Rich Presence with the correct show/movie information.

Actual Behavior

PreMiD does not detect any activity on Disney+. No Rich Presence is shown in Discord while watching content.

I have already tried reinstalling the PreMiD extension and the Disney+ activity, reconnecting Discord, refreshing the page, and restarting Chrome. Other activities work correctly.

The issue seems to be caused by Disney+ Malaysia migrating to the new apps.disneyplus.com domain. The current Disney+ activity may still only recognize the old disneyplus.com URLs.[https://www.apps.disneyplus.com/my

Additional Comments

I noticed the Disney+ activity only lists www.disneyplus.com as a supported URL, but Disney+ Malaysia now plays content on www.apps.disneyplus.com. This may be why PreMiD only shows "Page: Disney+" instead of the title and timestamps. Netflix works normally with the same PreMiD setup.
