Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the PreMiD settings and find x.com if installed. If not installed, install x.com from the activity library.
2. Enable the "Enable twitter" option for the x.com activity settings
3. Go to https://x.com/home or anywhere on the site.
4. Go to Discord and check the playing status.
5. Go back to PreMiD settings and go to the x.com activity settings and turn off "Enable twitter" option for x.com activity settings.
6. Go back to Discord and check the playing status.

Expected Behavior

Expected to show for the status Twitter and for the X logo to be changed to the Twitter logo.

Actual Behavior

Makes the whole status just disapear and show nothing instead when on the website.
