No orders open but web app shows $0.86 "In Orders" for USD currency

As described in subject, my account has no open orders but web app UI shows $0.86 in USD orders.

See the numbers under "In orders" on main UI and also the "Available" popup display

Checked today and same issue is there with -0.079 USD balance for "In Orders" when there are no orders open. Leaving this ticket open as the number is not significant but the issue should be checked as it's a possible indicator of some rounding or calculation issue in back end code.
