Have setup.sh pre-populate META.in.json

At minimum, the extension name, references to email, BlueTreble and test_factory can be replaced (assuming the user has properly configured git). Might be other stuff that can be replaced automatically too. Would also be nice to allow specifying ABSTRACT and DESCRIPTION.
