De-lerna the uni-virtualizer repo.

After removing the `@lit-labs/virtualizer` package from this repo in #147 we don't need this repo to be a `lerna`-based monorepo anymore.  I propose that if we pull that plumbing out and just leave the repo as an examples repo that could simplify things and reduce maintenance cost.
