Test ability to set access time

It'd be super useful for testing purposes to be able to inject a fake access time for looking at a page, to determine scheduled post visibility, possibly in a way that is only available if a runtime configuration flag is set.

This would probably inject the timestamp into `queries.where_entry_visible`.
