Very strange behavior on edit account

Describe the bug and how to reproduce
local database appears to get corrupt on editing account

Steps to reproduce:

• add tg1.kulow.org as guest
• you see Public gallery
• edit the account to be seessmall:seessmall

-> on api 29 you actually see 'Public' twice
-> on api 26 the app crashes

the cleaner behaviour seems to be remove and add internally - that's what the account manager is doing anyway

that solves the crash but not the two 'Public' - there is some other bug hiding :)
