I'd like to add some information. ModernFix may be the culprit, but there are some issues that require clarification.

1. Particle Rain and Falling Leaves do not cause the issue I'm describing. Falling Leaves still generates particles normally. However, if ModernFix is ​​added to the mix, Falling Leaves will not function. However, as mentioned at the outset, when only ModernFix and Falling Leaves coexist, Falling Leaves still generates particles normally. However, if Particle Rain is added, Falling Leaves will not function. The problem lies in the inability of the three mods to coexist.

2. I don't know which of these three mods is causing the problem, but I suspect it's a combination of Particle Rain and ModernFix. However, strangely, Particle Rain doesn't cause particle issues, but it does affect other mods. This is the issue I can't understand.
