As this adpater seems to have stopped working (i.e. https://github.com/PfisterDaniel/ioBroker.apple-find-me) and solution is available or announce, this adapter will be removed from ioBroker repositories - at least for now.

If the problem ist fixed, please respong / create a PR at ioBroker.repositories to readd it unsing fast lane.
