[feature request] [1.16] World spawn structure

I have a modpack, and lore requires a structure at world spawn, but I can't find a mod to do that for 1.16

This is a really great idea. I should point out that CG is slowly being replaced by a new mod (Pangaea), but that will take a very long time. In the meantime, @BlueFeuer is working on some changes that might make their way into CG in the near future. That might be a good time to also include this feature.

Sounds easy enough. Let me think of the best way to implement that.
