Implement Mineshaft Generator

Cave Generator is the right mod for users to create custom mineshafts. This would allow them to supply custom NBT rooms and configure various decorations including custom floors, support beams, foliage, and more.

I don't presently have the time to implement such a feature, but it is my single biggest want for this mod as of this time. Please leave a comment if you have any suggestions or pointers for implementation.
