Update Wiki

Currently, the wiki is up to date for Cave Generator 0.18. It is missing all of the new features added in 1.0 and beyond. It should be updated to include:

• The new Cave expressions including functions and arithmetic data,
• The new generators including the Burrow generator, improved Stalactites, and Speleothems,
• The new decorators including Shells and Ponds
• All of the default import files, especially types.cave.
