Major look and feel update. Added consistent color palette. Check the colors.conf files.

- hyprtoolkit - Needed for the hyprlauncher
- Fonts i used - RobotoMono Nerd Font and JetBrainsMono Nerd Font
- Waybar - Simple bar using CSS for styling
- Wlogout - Logout menu
