Search UI is broken #746

When I go to betydb.org and type "Panicum" into the search box, I get the dreaded "we're sorry, but something went wrong"

The instance at UA returns "This page isn't working right now"

@dlebauer I could see that the site returns the result when searched for "Panicum". Please find the screenshot for the same below.

Although I could see that Google Maps are not loading.

Upon checking the console, I noticed that the application could not find some PNG files. Attached is a screenshot for your reference.
