Documenting Talawa in the respective repos and consolidate the results in Talawa-Docs

We currently automatically generate documentation in each repo using either TSdoc or dartdoc.

1. The markdown documentation that these packages generate are placed in dedicated subdirectories in each repo.
2. This markdown is then copied to the talawa-docs repo
3. The docusaurus package then automatically converts this markdown to HTML which is then rendered to the docs.talawa.io site.

This is sufficient, but it could be improved.

All manual documentation for each repo is edited in talawa-docs. Ideally we should have:

1. All manually generated markdown placed in a subdirectory of each repo and be validated by the docusaurus package.
2. The validated markdown files copied to talawa-docs and automatically integrated into the docs.talawa.io site
3. Non repo specific documentation be manually added to talawa-docs as it is now.

This discussion is to determine the best way to do this before GSoC 2025 organization application deadline in January 2025.

The aim is to make our documentation more convenient to our developer community
