Unable to download data.dump #3

Hi Creators,

I am not able to download the data.dump file. I tried to download both the datasets, old data.dump and new updated data.dump.

I am not sure if i am doing it wrong, i am new user on github. It would be really helpful if you could help in downloading the dataset.
