Description of Issue

Neither of the LLE audio emulation options produce any sound in the 3DS Home Menu, while HLE does.

Expected Behavior

LLE and LLE multi-core should both produce working sound.

Reproduction Steps

Set Citra to use either LLE or LLE multi-core audio emulation
Boot the Home Menu
Observe lack of sound
