I am suggesting that either a toggle be added or the current behaviour is adjusted such that the Citra window can still be clicked on to trigger touch screen input when using Artic Base's controller mode.
Why would this feature be useful?
Currently coordinating your touch with precise screen positions is difficult due to the lower screen not being displayed on the 3DS. This would make these precise touch inputs easier by allowing users to temporarily use a mouse to click on the screen if they wish to do so.

This issue is moreso to gauge your opinion rather than being a request for the feature to be written up. I am fine with looking into this if you decide it's a good fit.
