CMake higher version required

After the latest commit, I get the following error

CMake Error at /build/loop_closure/_deps/sophus-src/CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
  CMake 3.24 or higher is required.  You are running version 3.22.1

Setting GIT_TAG to ba12991 compiles without problems.

Hi @Omega3395,

The easiest way to fix this is to upgrade your CMake version to 3.24 or above since the latest release of Sophus has cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.24).

We had to switch to this new release of Sophus due to deprecation of the older versions of cmake. See #65 and this for more details.
