+Steps to Updating Your Bio
+---------------------------------------

+1. Navigate to "My account" by clicking the link.
+2. Click the "Profile" link.
+3. This will take you to your profile where you can update your biography in the "Biography" text field.
+    Here you can update other aspects of your profile like your name, institution, and email address.
+4. Scroll to the end of the page and click the "Save" to save your changes.
