Description
The latest annotation process executed on the data changed the ids we have for Cosmic genomic mutations. We need to update the logic to generate Cosmic links as follows:
- Process ids taking into account the format changed from COSM[number] to COSV[number].
- Change the links from
https://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic/mutation/overview?id=COSMIC_ID to https://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic/search?q=COSMIC_ID
