As a developer/curator, I want to have unambiguous mapping rules. At the moment, several mappings have different mapped terms for the same attributes, or we are still dealing with rules that have old values like "Not Specified".
Proposal
- As
Not Provided and Not Collected are conceptually identical from the perspective of the mapping rule (meaning we just don't have the value), we can use the term Unknown to avoid duplication of rules and also to simplify the process. Anything that is Not Provided, Not Collected, or Not Specified (which don't exist in the data anyways) is now going to be Unknown.
