Enhance the user interface of the opentekhub website

• I want to improve the interface of the website by adding more CSS elements and JS elements to enhance the user experience.

Problem Statement

• The current interface of the website is functional but lacks modern design elements and interactive features that could make the user experience more engaging and visually appealing.

I think you can add something like a navigation bar with some animations.
If your site is large, implement a feature where a button appears when the user is navigating towards the bottom of the page that takes them back to the top. This can greatly improve usability, as users won't have to scroll back up manually. Also, consider customizing the scrollbar.
