Some users would like the flexibility of having the kernel tablet driver available without resorting to uninstalling OpenTabletDriver or manually researching command line magic (e.g. modprobe -i wacom).
A wiki entry should help solve this.

Worth adding that not all devices support this. Many uclogic devices also have LIBINPUT_IGNORE_DEVICE=1 in udev files which means that even forcefully loading the kernel module will not work - they also need to bypass the udev rule temporarily.
