Backports to v3

Do you accept backports to version 3 which is compatible with the currently released Decidim version 0.27?

We would like to backport the following PRs:

• Use current sign in at #33 (6a396a6)
• Add Finnish translations #36 (3d756ba)
• Unscope users to encompass default scoping by privacy module #39 (a57304e)
