Set PATH env for various services

Each setup-*.sh script should update PATH so you do not need to specify the full path for things like /opt/hbase/bin/hbase, /opt/storm/bin/storm, etc..

I have solved this issue:
in each setup-*.sh
For ex: setup-storm.sh
STORM_PATH=/opt/storm

and in function configureStorm{
...
...
...
echo "export PATH=$PATH:$STORM_PATH/bin/" >> /home/vagrant/.bash_profile

source /home/vagrant/.bash_profile

}
